Form Directions:

Submit the following form if you are experiencing any technical issues with your equipment. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for submission. Please describe your problem in as much detail as you are able to provide.

If outside school operational hours or on weekends, please allow until 9am the next school day for a response.

 

If during the school day, please allow up to 60 minutes. For emergencies, find the IT Manager and/or an administrative officer.
